Finally got my Forester running again!

As some of you may or may not know, my Forester was not running properly when I bought it. Ended up being a bad valve.

It was kinda scary for me, being the first time I've been into a motor that much.



Is that actually a hole in one of your valves?!

Nice work! Not gone that far into an engine myself but helped friends who've done that on theirs (head gasket change) - fairly hairy but you really learn how it all goes together, and that it's not (quite!) as complicated as you think!
Yep, that's a hole in one of the exhaust valves.
Nice car dude. How much did you spent in replacing your car parts? I am thinking of upgrading mine too.
I wish I could work on my Legacy like that. Someday I will acquire a set of tools and a spare car.
