If you've seen my Neowin blog before, you'll have probably read about my dislike of Sennheisers CX300-II - which everyone seems to buy, and say that sound quality is great.

Well, I offer up an alternative which is better in every way, for practically the same cost:

Klipsch Image S4.

Why are they better? Well,

- They're more comfortable.
- They have a better fit.
- Sound quality is better.
- You get more options like double-flanged eartips for extra noise isolation.
- You can't hear any sound travelling through the cable if you knock it (I forget the term).

So yeah. If you're after some earphones that don't cost much, sound good and work well, forget the CX300's, and get these instead.
