New Content filter box on wrong side, and ugly black selection box.

The filter box has moved to the left side(again) after the upgrade. Same as last upgrade I think.

also some ugly black box around selection in the filter box, alsong with blue text on mouse over. Why is there even a selection for content type when there's only one content type to chose.
