T3X4S Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 I did a clean install after doing the win7 to 10 upgrade. I am getting repeated stalls regardless of whatever I am doing (a 5-10 second period where everything is pretty much locked up, I can sometimes move my mouse)Once the stall period is over, then whatever I clicked on/tried to do while it was stalled; will suddenly all happen @ once.Furthermore, I have noticed VLC stalling out while watching a movie. I can be watching a movie for 5-15 minutes then all of a sudden the video will stop, and the audio will continue.I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if it is just my VLC install. I uninstalled the latest x86 version, then tried the latest x64 version - no difference.(I kinda think the 5-10 second stalls are related to my marvell sata3 controller as it was an issue in the beginning with win7. It would do roughly the same thing, but I eventually figured out the problem which was it didnt like more than 1 drive connected in the SATA3 ports.
