Even at the bottom end of the Lollipop tablet trail, there seems to be a premium requested for ARM (as opposed to Atom) CPU-driven tablets with the same specs - and I'm talking Visual Land vs. ASUS.  Performance-wise, is ARM worth that premium on the low end?
