Two logon screens

Why am I taken through two logon screens each time I log into the site? There's the pop up I see, then I'm redirected to a page where I'm prompted again for username and password. Kinda annoying...

I also seen it myself, but I log in from the forum most of the time. And yes it is annoying when you are logging in from the main site.

Yeah, it's been that way since the IPB upgrade and is really annoying. Any updates on when it's being fixed?
