I got RAT'ed, i reinstalled my computers OS, but when i was infected, i had my phone plugged to it and i put some files in my phone and i need to recover them

So basically i got RAT'ed by possibly and probably blackshades, and i plugged my phone to my computer at that time and put some files on it, now after reinstalling computers OS, i do not want to plug my phone to it, because i know RAT's spread trough USB devices and files, so how do i get back my files from phone and also MAKE SURE THEY (THE FILES) ARE NOT INFECTED, and how do i clean up my phone off the infection after i get my files in clean and safe?

Transfer them off the phone using a Linux Live CD?

Or transfer them to your computer using sendanywhere? By putting sendanywhere on your phone and your computer? Then scan your phone with some AV. Typically I doubt they would infect the pictures .. I think it use to be some autorun malware living on the root of the USB drive.
