Windows 10 Mouse and keyboard lock up

I just spent $2,500 on having a new super fast computer built for me.A couple of times while checking my mail and FaceBook I get a hard lock my mouse and keyboard stop working and the only way to get out of it is to shut down.Is there a fix for this Windows 10 is my OS and it updated yesterday?

@OP: Are you using a Logitech Unifying Receiver?
