Anyone know what timezone it would be on Aug 2nd that the Windows 10 Anniversary Update is live?

The title is pretty much the question. Right now all I know that it Aug 2nd when the new update goes live, what is not clear to me is what timezone we are talking about.

Past releases seem to have been in US time, iirc. Us Aussies usually have a 12-24 hour wait.

If that's the case then that will mean that I would have to wait till Thursday 4th before I would even be able to think about downloading it. But then it also depends if the media creation tool is ready by then.

Microsoft is headquartered in the Pacific Time Zone. Most releases seem to be based off that.
