Elliot B.
The Windows 10 (build 9879) machine and the system that is trying to connect to it (Windows 7 x64) are both using the latest TeamViewer 10 beta. When I try to connect to the Windows 10 machine, I get a black screen with: "The screen cannot be captured at the moment. This is probably due to fast user switching or a disconnected/minimized Remote Desktop session." The Windows 10 machines blinks like mad during this. I don't think this happened with the previous build (9860). Any workarounds? +Zlip792 1 Share
+Zlip792 MVC Posted December 1, 2014 MVC Share Posted December 1, 2014 Known issue (thread on Neowin with solved solution): https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1236649-blackflickering-screen-windows-10-teamviewer/ Quoting solution here: The Windows 10 Tech Preview is not supported by TeamViewer. We will release a compatible version of TeamViewer for the final Windows 10.As workaround, you can create the registry Key "DisableDuplicationAPI" as Dword and value 1 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->WOW6432NODE->TEAMVIEWER on the Windows 10 computer. After a restart of the service TeamViewer (under Services.msc), you should be able to reconnect without any issue.
Dot Matrix
It could be the build itself can't handle it. I know Team Viewer 9 has stopped working for me, as well.
