tim_s Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Hi Everyone, I bought a Samsung Galaxy 3, which died and I have been using the iPhone 5s - I bought for a development project, which has ended. A phone upgrade is available and I know this is a subjective statement but outside the extra screen real estate of the Note, I cannot think of any reason to change. beanboy89 Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 In addition to the iPhone 6, the Galaxy Note 4 and Moto X+1 are coming very soon. Also, the G3 and HTC One M8 are great phones, as well. From looking at the title of the thread, it would seem that you're swaying towards the iPhone5s. Why can't you think of a reason to change? What are your requirements for a new phone? As you yourself even admitted to, the end result will be subjective. It seems to me you've already decided. If, on the other hand you can't decide between either Android or iOS, I in turn recommend you get a Windows Phone and remove all doubt. As mentioned I purchased the iPhone 5s originally for development purposes, which the task is completed and I have re-claimed the phone. Does the iPhone 5s work? - Yes I was sitting at a restaurant and my meeting was running late, so I was trying to log into our project management software to remain productive and it was challenging with the limited screen real-estate. I could not help to think about, how many times in the year - could I have been more "mobile" and my phone was not filling this void. Began looking online and I quickly realized that I could also be saving money on my phone plan. I am looking into the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
