My COD Advanced Ware fare had no issues until yesterday that I try to play it. The problem is the audio stop working after I try to play. The Xbox One dashboard, apps and free games works fine. But when I try to go into a game, the audio does not work. Titanfall have the same issue too. Also the gameplay is very laggy. I try uninstall of it and reinstalling it but it does not fix the problem. I try deleting the files off of Xbox One but the same issue happens.

 

Is anyone having this issue too?

Try a hard reset of the console first. It's fixed weird issues for a lot of people on the Internet.

Hold the power button for 10 seconds and let go. Try playing after that. Sounds like your cache is ######ed. But I don't know how to reset the cache on a Xbox one like the 360. So do a hard reset and see what happens.

X1 has yet to receive a clear cache option like the 360. Hard resetting or "power cycling" is the only method to clear it currently.

 

  • Power down,
  • Unplug power
  • Wait a few mins
  • Power back up once the PSU LED changes from white to orange

If anyone else ever has this problem, easiest fix;

-Settings

  -Network

    -Advanced Settings 

      -Alternate MAC Address

        -Clear

This will clear cache then reset console, hard reset not needed!!
