Yeah dark theme always looks good to me... The File Explorer would look better if the background is not white... dark preferably...

Neowin explode in the same time XP was introduced and at the same time a lot of ppl were theming.  That's how I found Neowin anyways...  Yet Microsoft does not allow full access to users to theme their Bootup theme.  From WinXP -> Win Vista -> Win7 -> Win8.... Microsoft still does not get that part.  Neowin used to be very popular amongst theming community back then.  Theming UI is pretty much dead on Neowin forum now-a-days...
