MikeM97
Some of my mates were discussing past days about Windows 8.1 [ .ISO ] including all the February updates ? It's real or just a fake ?
Intersect
you can make your own iso if you slipstream all the updates till February but I am not aware of any official ios from Microsoft that has the February updates included.

+Zlip792 MVC Posted March 1, 2015 MVC Share Posted March 1, 2015 Does this link contain ISO with the most recent updates integrated? Anyone tried it? http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media Last time I downloaded ISO using this utility, it had ISO with Windows 8.1 Updates 2 (Till August Updates). Latest one will be Windows 8.1 Update 3 (Till November Updates).
articuno1au
They always have the major updates in it, and occasionally they have slip streamed in smaller update packs. Just depends on what they consider worthy of republishing the ISO honestly.

I'll recommend, downloading Windows 8.1 Update 3 ISO and then adding Updates using DISM or other methods by yourself.
MikeM97
Sure , that's the safest way , but ... it takes years to download'em all through WU . I rather want someone skilled to help me with that .ISO .

+Frank B. Subscriber² Posted March 2, 2015 Subscriber² Share Posted March 2, 2015 During the time you've wasted looking for the .iso you could have installed Windows and all updates. Seriously, is it that difficult to run Windows Update after installing the OS? If it takes a while - go do something different.

I as well as many others share the topic openers question. And it has nothing to do with being lazy, it's just way easier having all the updates installed during the initial Windows installation. Not only is it time consuming, it also saves you alot of reboots and possible update errors.

neo1911
I think you talk about Murphy78 . His Feb 2015 .ISO won't open on my PC [ I have no idea why ] . I installed off his Feb 2015 ISO on 2 different machines and they are working awesomely. I downloaded X64 version. Yes it's murphy78. It also activated using my old Windows 8 $14 upgrade key using command line method. The only updates were few critical out of band and defender updates. During the time you've wasted looking for the .iso you could have installed Windows and all updates. Seriously, is it that difficult to run Windows Update after installing the OS? If it takes a while - go do something different. When there are multiple computers to install, downloading 1GB+ updates for each computer is very annoying.
