Waterfox 36 is fast and different

Question

Will anyone confirm that there's something way too different about Waterfox?

I have download from two different source just to make sure.  Have not thoroughly test it yet but uppon a few tests I am in puzzle with it.  Help me confirm if this is true.

1) Waterfox 36 is so much faster than 35.  The difference in speed is easily noticeable.

2) What happen to "General" option?

3) Waterfox 36 finally fully support the other extensions?  See the image below and compare and confirm that I am correct.

Yep there is a bug in the Options. Switch to a different tab (example:Sync) then close Options and reopen it. You should find that whatever Options tab you were on is now the blank tab. If you want an easy way around this Waterfox has a second Options page located at about:preferences (personally I like the about:preferences layout better).

As far as the Youtube supported stuff goes I have found that after I click "Request the HTML5 player" that noscripts shows a new script (mediasource:) that has to be allowed to get the html5 player to work. So I'd assume this should mean Waterfox has indeed added a "Media Source Extensions" at the very least.

If you wish to report bugs for Waterfox there is an official Waterfox subreddit and you can post your findings there and hopefully the project owner will be able to issue a fix faster.

MSE in 36 won't work right, if they're flipping it on they're opening their users up to crashes (Or deadlocks, MSE support for WebM doesn't even work in nightly builds of Firefox)
