+InsaneNutter MVC Posted April 18, 2015 MVC Share Posted April 18, 2015 As CM12s can theme individual apps I was looking for a martial design theme for WhatsApp. I then actually found that if you download the latest version of WhatsApp from whatsapp.com/android/ it has had a much needed makeover. The version of WhatsApp on the official website is currently newer than the play store version, so I imagine this will be rolling out shortly. However for anyone who likes the latest and greatest i'd defiantly recommend updating manually! ichi Posted April 20, 2015 Share Posted April 20, 2015 There's something about the conversation bubbles that make them feel weird... maybe they are a bit far too rounded. Other than that and a few other details (like some menus having MD animations and icons while others remain the same as in the previous version) it's interesting that while WhatsApp now kinda mimics the design of hangouts, they did a smoother job at that than Google.
