The last update for w7 messed up my PC , can you help me please?

two days ago I updated windows 7 sp1 64bit and after the reboot and the installation of the updates , it mess up my windows update module

 

 

for example my installed list was like this screenshot

 

 

 

 

after the update , i found it no more sorted , no more in detail but in a messy list

 

can somebody help  me please?

hit the alt button on the keyboard, choose view, choose group by, change from none to program.
