PSR is a useful utility to not only troubleshoot issues, to identify exactly what users are doing to generate an issue, but also to help create documentation on how to do something. To access psr, simply click start, then in the search field type in "psr" By default it will take 25 captures, to modify this number click the "?" and go to "settings" then change it to a higher number if you need (kind of small if you ask me, but most things can be done with less captures.
