Is that just a bad Steelseries Rival or all Rival are like that? Need help from Rival users

I have a weird fingertip grip that places my finger on the red X http://i.imgur.com/2iSd0DN.png

My problem is that on my Rival that area has almost no feedback from the click and very little click sound. Clicking on that area will register a click but because there is no feedback I'll end up double clicking or something weird like that.

Is that common behavior or just a bad Rival?
