No, it's a PC. The minimize/close button placement give it away. Along the comments someone mentioned he's using YzDock, and the fonts don't look as smooth as they do on a Mac.

Well if its a pc then it's easy to pick out what he/she is using.

Dock: objectdock/y'zdock/mobydock

Explorer replacement: locca or nexplorer

Menus next to apple icon: objectbar

Visual Style: a jet black os x...look over at aqua-soft.org I am sure you can find it.

Calander/Icon Widgets: Desktopx/rainlander/samurize/kapsules(?)/the new one for pc ported from os x

No, it's not a Mac (Notice: Mac is NOT an acronym; you don't capitalize all the letters), it's Windows.

damn I like how the font looks like!

Can anyone tell if the font is this one?

DO NOT post warez fonts. You are required to purchase that font for usage

yeah, he posts lots of desktops at gfxoasis...i'm pretty sure it's his own objectbar config (or whatever you call an objectbar setup). you'll probably need to get in touch with him to get it.
