I saw this a long time ago and I think it looks a lot better. If it is the sports edition of the car, it should at least look sporty.

I think this whole Sports Edition thing has gotten out of controle.

What happend to the after marked, it got replaced by ****ty factory made parts!

I remember i took a look under the hood of a 2003 Civic with this special Si Kit that was supozed to change the performance, and guess what i see, NOTHINGS CHANGED!

it didnt even have cold air induction, just the regular air filter with 3 90* bends!

If you want a sports car, get a 93 Civic, its the last year they made the unresticted engine, and you can get after market parts for it dirt cheap and make it look ****ing amazing! not to mention it will blow the socks off the new Civic Si

If everyone had the money to buy a BMW or any brand in that range, then you wouldnt see "rice" drive down the street as often.

I wouldn't mind it so much if they weren't turned into rice left and right. Look at the Civic's of today. They look like nice cars that a family would be found in. This screams rice. Add a giant spoiler/wing and a loud exhaust system and the transition is complete.

Or you dont build a civic engine because they're just too small. Any fast civic you'll see on the road has a H22A or B18A (GSR, I forget the exact numbers) swap. Civic engines aren't made to build, they're made to last. Not to mention the stock transmission wouldn't handle any real horsepower/torque.

I believe the fastest front wheel drive unibody car has or had a built D series engine not B or H.

So that argument isn't very valid

Don't forget that the B series was stock in most 90s Civics in Japan as well.

(Step away from the magazine stand and put Super Street back on the shelf.)

I don't htink we have magazine stands in WV, lol! :)

Its easiest to build those engines. Also, after looking, most of the D series engines were in the CX models which are the lightest versions of the Civic as far as I know. They don't run over 137 HP either, so its still not logical to build a small engine like that. It would cost a lot [but I guess considering the swap..].

    • When you're in enterprise IT environment, you're kinda forced into it...otherwise I'm not touching any mail client for personal use.  I can't stand New Outlook. It's complete trash - half the features I need in (Classic) Outlook are just missing in New Outlook. I haven't talked to a single person who actually likes the new client.
    • I think it's cute that Apple is implementing their tools at precisely the same evolutionary level as other devices' tools. In other words, I see no innovation; it's "the same but different." "Hey Siri, help me write this document about shoes." Powered by Google. "Sure thing, while we're here, can I interest you on some Nike's? They're on sale at Target right now!"
    • Walmart was still selling the Apple Watch SE 2 on Black Friday in 2024. I got 1 for my mom and one for my dad for christmas.
