I am so glad F1 is back :D! It will make a nice change that there is no Schumi to be honest, I was never a fan of his.

However, I have been a fan of Alonso since his Minardi days, and I used to love Raikkonen until he joined Ferrari :p! McLaren are my favourite team, so I am going for Alonso and McLaren to win both championships :).

Although I think Massa may run Alonso close this year...

@Martyn.

Yea, same for me. Except I have never been Alonso's fan until he joined McLaren. :)

I also expect BMW to be in top 3 by the end of the season. :rolleyes:

Friday Practice 1 Results

First half of the practice was on wet track so the results shows us nothing. Raikkonen did several laps in the middle of the session, that's why he's so slow. This also applies to several other drivers.

I usually support everyone but Ferrari and Raikkonen, although I've grown to like Massa, so I guess I'm supporting everyone but Raikkonen now!

Alonso and Hamilton are my favourites though. Go McLaren!

Kimi+Ferrari definately a threat, thus my vote. but Fernando+Mclaren is an insane collaboration as well. its between these two i say.

Qualifying Results:

Sato is 10th. Faster than any Honda. :D

Well I can't say I'm disappointed, but Kimi is tooo fast. If his car won't brake down tommorrow I think he will win without any problem. :unsure:

I can't recall when was the last time a Ferrari broke down. :) I think Kimi will do a sweep clean tomorrow. Alonso will probable replace Kimi as the frustrated driver of the century 'cause the unreliability of his McLaren-Mercedes. Kimi is a better driver, now he also have the better machine. :)

BTW, I was the fan of McLaren-Mercedes (Hakkinen was great in '98, '99), but in the last few years, they broke down like a Yugo, so sorry, I am with the team where Kimi is now, (and I have an ultra Ferrari maniac friend, who is very happy now 'cause that :))

its going to be hard for me to adapt from screaming GO KIMO GO!!!!!!!! or "Why the **** did Kimi's car explode yet again" to replacing Kimi with Fernando...but im sure ill cope.

ironic that as soon as Kimi gets a reliable car under him, he gets pole position :angry:

+1 for a Mclaren fan, since Mikka H (cant spell it,)
