I'm using this and it seems fine. I took some pics with his recommended setting and the default glass coloring for all to see. Recommended Maxed:  Recommended 2:  Default coloring:  edit: sorry, its maxglass and its hard to find which is which, i thought the first one was it. they both seem the same however. It is a good theme, get it and thanx for the skin mclaren2. I'll try and get some more screens

Copy Animation and sidebar as it says in how to install:  The Sidebar doesn't look that much good but the skin is excellent. I got bored of the green progressbar. BTW in firefox using this theme, the browsing progress and download progressbars are green. Would you happen to know of a cure for that?

Isn't it much like using "Frost" on regular Aero Glass? Yes, Frost with a bit whiter taskbar.
Edit: Oh... Hmm, seems like the devil's in the details then, heh..
