1Frothy
Source: Wilders Security Forums A newer EAV installer 3.0.560 is available for download from the download page. (the information on the website will be updated shortly)- fixed problem with Outlook Express closing immediately after startup It can be installed over the existing version. Please download and install it only if you are experiencing the aforementioned problem. Appears that the new build will appear on the download servers imminently however some customers are still reporting that they download the old release build not the newly announced one. L3thal Veteran Posted November 6, 2007 Veteran Share Posted November 6, 2007 Thanks for the update. However, since I do not use OE, I guess I Won't be updating it since that's what their change log suggests.
1Frothy
How do you find ESET NOD32 V3 L3thal? The general consensus on Wilders Security Forums seems to be that ESET NOD32 V3 has more bugs than a bed in a Calcutta brothel.
L3thal Veteran Posted November 6, 2007 Veteran Share Posted November 6, 2007 Honestly, I haven't encountered any bugs or issues. Of course, that does not mean there aren't any, but from what I have experienced using it for 3 days is that everything is as smooth as v 2.7. Its even using less RAM than v2.7 but RAM isn't an issue since I have 4gb to go around. I am running it on Ultimate x64 if that makes any difference in terms of the bugs being reported. Orien
Have they fixed the HTTP filtering issues?
1Frothy
Have they fixed the HTTP filtering issues? It's not something that's reported as being fixed, so I would guess not. :/ The way ESET are going there will possibly be another build by the end of the week . New release is up on the servers now - go and get it! Edited November 6, 2007 by Frothy
