Electronic Arts has issued the long-awaited patch for Crysis, updating to v1.1 the first person shooter game developed by Crytek

Change Log:

Fixes

Damage dealt to vehicles when shot by LAW has been made consistent

F12 (screenshot) now works in restricted mode as well

When player melees during gun raise animation, their gun will not be in a permanently raised position anymore

Memory leaks and potential crashes

Improved SLI / Crossfire support and performance

Improved overall rendering performance (DX9 and DX10)

Enabled VSync functionality in D3D10

Tweaks

Reduced grenade explosion radius in multiplayer

Clamped water tessellation to avoid cheating in MP

Slowed Rocket projectile speed down in MP slightly

have u tried it yet? [in the 5mins since you posted!] :)

I've held off playing until this patch, i'm hoping it gives me around 10fps more so i can play at 1920x1200 on high detail.

Bleh, all the links i find are ultra slow.

Fileplanet doesn't even have it up yet?! Why did i even subscribe.

Gamershell only took me about 10 minutes to download.

Forgot about that :laugh:

Gosh dammit... you have to have the Crysis DVD inserted and my DVD drive keeps making a clicking noise and not reading the stupid disc... GRRRRRR!

Edit: If you changed the directory where Crysis is installed, you're going to have to move it back, FYI.
