FreqFace
Been using Avast ever since I discovered it! It's perfect, I especially like that it can be made to run completely silently, ie. no prompts or anything. If a virus is found it just cuts the connection, no questions. It's perfect, I especially like that it can be made to run completely silently, ie. no prompts or anything. If a virus is found it just cuts the connection, no questions. I like it as well but when it finds what it suspects is a virus, it stops scanning. It makes it hard to run an unattended scan that way.
scrtsqurrl
:omg: I'm totally sold on Avast! Home Edition. This has sunk NAV2009 for me. Getting my refund.

+Gary7 Subscriber² Posted November 28, 2008 Subscriber² Share Posted November 28, 2008 Yeah that's the one thing that annoys me about it was well. Other than that, which due to the program itself, not many bad stuff gets through so it does not happen all that often, it is a great AV program.
