Hopefully this fixes a memory leak/what ever you want to call it.
Two Neowin tabs open, NO addons of ANY kind, and it's insanely high. ![]() That's a fresh install of it too. If it's still there in the next build. they lost me as a user. |

4gig, To me though 102MB for two tabs is way too much. Mine doesn't use nearly that much for two tabs, try running firefox ins safe mode or disabling extensions one by one and see if mem usage changes. Mine's been open for 4 hours and has 5 tabs open and its using 101 right now. 102 isn't that much anyway especially with 4 gigs of ram. Open your task manager I bet ~70% of your ram is free... Complaining about mem usage is a bit ridiculous these days if you have that much ram especially. |
