I am looking for an SD Card based player, it needs to have the following features..

* able to play wma9 files.
* rechargeable
* No in-built memory preferred.
* No SD card in the box preferred

Any ideas?

there's not one out there like that. iRiver has the best flash-based mp3 players if you care.
