Without much of a detailed description its kinda a long shot, but did you install your drivers from here?

Also "Digital Video Camera Manager" sounds like a generic Windows driver, so try inserting your Windows CD into your cd drive and have it search the Windows CD. Hopefully it will find that driver and auto-install it.
