IconPackager will handle it. I'm using the GANT package as I type. TuneUp Utilities will also apply icon packages (*.ip).
Ouch sorry I meant if I just have all of the icons... I dont know how to make them into a pack...

Why don't you get the GANT shell32.dll and replace your one with it.
I dont have the shell file for gant... where can I get my hands on it?
its on page 3 or 4 of the completed icons, cursors n walls forum.
