I'm using:
- Wisbar Advance 2
- A Wisbar Theme i modded wich i can't relaese ( you can use any mac os x white theme with it)
- Wisbar Desktop by Ktamas
- And my own windows mobile theme.tsk

Hi Sam! You can find it here. And there's a whole thread of screenshots especially for WAD here.
FYI: The WAD versions downloadable from this site are really working demos of the program, which will be going commercial when it's finished. So each downloadable version has an expiration date attached to it - in this case, the most recent is October 1st. But in my opinion it's definitely worth it!

Hi again Sam! Awesome screen!
I like MagicSS, it's small and free and you can map a hardware button to it - only drawback is it only saves screenshots as BMP, but for me that's not a deal breaker. 
Using Wisbar Advance, with WADesktop, and a few icons I found from the Expea set. The buttons at the bottom work as a dock.
