hey, umm.. My Girlfriends recently moved back to the states with her family. I hope, too, to move there sometime next year, but until then, our relationship based very much around fone calls, emails and IM's... which sucks! But hey, tis short-term! tongue.gif ..

Anyhow, enough 'small talk'!

Basically, she is on US Cellular, in Knoxville, TN. Now they must obviously SUCK, but it sounds rediculous that she can't txt (sms) me, in England. I don't quite get it, because everyone else i've ever known, in 20 odd countries never had a problem texting me, or w/e. But its 'the way it is', so i gotta deal with it. She says could email from her fone, tho. Now i've never used email on my fone before - never needed to! I checked into the email side of things on my fone, assuming it'd be simply Pop3 Access, connected via GPRS. Seems its not like that @ all... Certainly not on this 7210?! I used to have a T68i, which i wish i never got rid of (i hate this 7210, but i'm stuck with it til January). So basically, all I wanna do, is send and recieve text based emails, preferably via my current Pop3 addresses (if possible). If not I could deal with a new account! I've been reading around UK Vodafone sites, and they have 'Vodafone Mail', but it appears to be a glorified Voicemail service, which i don't want. Could any help me out here?

Must be some UK dudes, or anyone else who's got some info, it'd be much appreciated.

Cheers!
Steve
OK, does anyone know anything about Mobile email. Preferably NOT involving my Network operator.
