I've moved it here. Perhaps you will get some replies.
Have you tried somewhere like Dell? They offer refurbished machines at some very nice prices.

What kind of laptop are you looking for? I have an old one that I don't use that I'd be willing to sell. Presario 1255. But your probably looking for something a bit more up to date.
