Anyone catch the Packers - Raiders game. Favre played his heart out. His father had died over the weekend as well. I'm from Wisconsin so it was great to see. Just awesome. 399 yards and 4 touchdowns for the man.
Agreed. Great game for Brett!
Gutsy performance. I don't care much for Favre or the Packers, but he sure is going through alot, and to perform as he did was very impressive. Kudos.

was really good game
Not to belittle his performance but the Raider D was pathetic. Corners were out of position and when they were, they were outmuscled or werent even looking for the ball. Nevertheless some of his passes were textbook Favre. Rolling out, off the back foot or throwing off the wrong foot. The guy's a rock, got a cannon for an arm, with a mile wide heart. All but locked up a playoff berth for his team and paid tribute to his father.

I think all of GB was playing their heart out. I'm sure each of his receivers just said if you throw it to me, I will catch it. Several throws the Raiders D were struggling to simply keep up with GB's receivers, much less look back for the ball, Favre was tossing 55 yarders! Simply amazing. Talk about inspiration. Even if GB doesnt make it to the superbowl, they deserved this win.

it just goes to show you what you can do when you have inspiration. in this case, his fathers death. he dedicated it to him and went out there and stole the life from the raiders.
