It looks like a painting of a notebook with the half-life logo on the top. The background is red-ish, and the notebook is orange-ish

I can't post a pic, because I saw it in a magazine. Software Development Magazine, Feb 2004.

It was in a review of a Voodoo Envy m:855 notebook if that helps. Going to voodoopc.com was no help.
