That's a lot. Thanks guys.

I've just installed spybot and it brought up (found) IE security issue (from 2002 vulnerability list) EVEN with my XP SP2 installed.
That's really weird, imho.
Fantomex
Ad-Aware SE Professional

Spy Sweeper does a better job than Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D, but its not free. for all good and bad removers, check this website:

I recall there being a neowin article about this spyware issue.

It suggested the install of Spybot, Spywareblaster and running Sun Java as opposed to Microsofts' Holey Java runtime.

I also use Adaware, can't be too careful. biggrin.gif

Good Luck bashing those bugs,

Spybot does the trick.
T-Metal
Ad-aware Professional (there's also a free version), Spybot Search & Destroy, PestPatrol (excellent program for the money) and Spyware Blaster. Nothing gets through. NOTHING. smile.gif

I use AdawareSE Pro, Spybot & SpySweeper(nice real-time protection). I've found that each will pick up things that the others miss.
