why firefox wont remember my gmail login (by cookie or by the password rememberer? I don't have it set to "never for this site" or anything like that, so its really wierd why it wont remember my password in any way.

My best guess is because its a secure locked site, so firefox doesnt save passwords for secure sites..

The Password manager doesn't remember mine but my cookies do. Also there is an extension called AUTOLOGIN that will make password manager remember secure sites passwords, but it will mess up your quick replys in forums like Neowins. AUTOLOGIN FireFox Extension here!

I've had cookie problems in the past with Fx. The only solution I have found is to create a new profile and bring over ONLY the bookmarks from the old one.
