I like the overall style; but I'm not so sure about the pixel fonts, usability wise.

This does look nice...but its a tad too grey for me. Any chance a version with colour taskbars/captionbars some blue in places.

There's an entire suite. No Trillian, but there are two winamp skins. They are all posted on customize.org search for philly.
