Hi,

On my company's laptop, our monitor is showing up as default monitor and when we detect new hardware; it detects 3 monitors connected.

Anyways, the model number of the laptop is CL56 (Compal is manufacturer from what I can gather). The driver is not on the driver CD.

Thanks. I'm also having no look finding a product description for the laptop either. Google is letting me down.

hey sounds a lil strange,,try removing all monitor drivers, reboot and let windows find it..then go to compaq or windows update..are u getting all your color settings?? if not then thats video or graphics prob.you need to find out what graphics or video card u have. good luck
