Best bet would be to contact a Linux User's Group in your area (assuming you live in Brazil, Portugal, or other area where Potuguese is spoken) and get some resources from them. They would be able to handle other native-language requests like this better than we probably can.

First link on google maybe? I just search for vi tutorial with portugese as the language. I don't know portugese so I don't know if it's good or if that's portugese at all
