Hey guys. I have a G5 imac at home, and a G5 imac at my office. Now i work at home so i have to use remote connection to see the office's Imac desktop. We use Modem to modem connection for this, by using the program Timbuktu Pro. For some reason my home Imac is unable to connect to the Office imac, it just hangs up right away, but my old G3, (mac os 8.1) can connect to it just fine. A technitiion said theres a problem with apple modems on the G5's, but we just cannot get the G5 to connect with the office G5 Via modem? Anyone know why or have experience with timbuktu pro?
