SysTrayX

Sure, you can set custom "arrow".

Effective Desktop

I use it with Win2000 & it works very well.
It can use multiple desktops & a fancy clock (Which I do not use)

I created an "XP" start button which I felt look nicer...
I have attatched an image of my setup to give you an idea & if you wish I can post you the "XP" start button icon?

Yeah, I second Effective Desktop... But it breaks TClock and all it's variants. If T2Clock is a variant of it, you might have to quit using it (It might still work, it just won't customize the clock). Other classic-taskbar customization apps might be broken too, I don't know. Been a while since I've used 9x/2k... in fact, I'm surprised nobody's said "OMG Y U STIL UES SucH A CARP OS GET XP ITS FREE OF KAYZUYH!" - But good luck to ya wink.gif

pc s are kind of expensive in my country and I am currently unmployed
anyway I am pretty happy with my pc for what I use it works perfectly fine (msn, mails , surfing, emuling, watching vids) I tweaked the os the most I could, and added Titan P4 cooler dont know what model one internal fan, changed the place where atx powerbox was and put it on the bottom of the the tower
wrapped the IDE cables with tape to make them thinner (that way I made more space).
pretty much modded

I use PS Tray Factory on XP and access it with a quick-key combination.
I prefer this to the MS chevrons.

That's such a cultural technique, instead of saying either nothing or offering some help, all you can do is recommend another os.

Maybe my os of choice, is superior to yours, but i have no desire to go around, trying to persuade anyone to change to it.

If you don't have anything useful to say, then shut up.

It's so obvious, that you don't have the wisdom or intellect to offer useful advice.

You're entitled to your opinion, but who cares to hear that instead of helping me, some spout...

Either help me, or find something else to spout about..

Got the taskbar set to 'autohide' too ?? Then you've noticed there's still a real thin line visible when it hides...
Martin Bresson wrote a free app to fix this (Win 98/NT and special 95 version), get it at his homepage. This utility screws up Tclock though...

Another utility to handle this line, and also gives you some control over the "hiding behaviour", is Taskbar Activate (Win 9x/2k). Same problems with running other tools in the area, though...

yeas win2k is not a crap some ppl say itīs the best os they ever had....... already........it doesnt have UFI (undentified flying icons) anywhat linux is the best of all the os (or NOT) (?)

Huh. I use PS Tray Factory with TClock2 (you are using TClock2 1.20 and not just vanilla TClock, right??)

Absolutely no problems on Win2K or XP.
