Split up essential guides into specific headings because there are tons of tons of guides that go wasted. I'm not sure about the categories... u guys can choose . Lol, that's all i have to say, hope u guys agree, because it really would be useful!

I agree with this.... Maybe make a little icon that signifies what that article is about, instead of the little red page for frequently replied to posts and white page for others.

Kinda like a file/folder or something for a piece on software, a dremel or something similar for modding articles, a video card or processor icon for hardware related articles. An article internet related could you the little networking icon from windows, or similar. Then you could put a legend to the icons at the top.

Another neat thing would be to sort by icon, if possible.

Just my 2 pennies.

I would like to see some way of sorting the guides out, especially if it adds a request section (in some form)
Too many usefull guides filter to the bottom, maybe something like "requests,hardware,software,misc".

[PERSONAL]Viagra can make your dreams come true

style?

(except for the last two, of course)

Don't say that. Just because they didn't formally tell us, doesn't mean it won't happen.

It's probably on a list somewhere. I'd be happier seeing the board run smoother (not saying it isn't running smooth. Just saying... ) than have this done.

There's quite a bit on everyone's plate at the moment, but that doesn't mean current ideas aren't reviewed and potentially added to the list.

This is a superb idea. Then people can search for perhaps Titles containing "Windows" In the GUIDES Forum. It'll make things MUCH faster. Rated this thread a 5.

yep i rated this thread a 5, it is about time someone brought this up. half of the things in the "essential guide" section are only links to other sites or questions like "where can i find this guide"
