yea it looks different. it's a new form of ugly. those captionbuttons make me vomit whenever i see em. why do people keep using them? flat and ugly buttons. longhorn is overrated.

I second that. No offense to the VS maker, but offense to the busted alpha GUI.
Missing toolbar buttons and ugly caption buttons does not a pretty skin make.
Oh and kill that sidebar consuming 15% screen space for a clock and some flowers once and for all...

I'm sure the author did a good job though for those who're into this sort of styles though.

Nice theme, but to my mind, it's a waste of space to have a toolbar THIS high. We are all trying to save precious screen space (unless you are using a 21" and up monitor), so i probably won't be using that. Great design, apart from that.

good work, but look how many longhorn rips there are on the vs page now, its almost all lh/aero/luna mods. YUCK. what happened to the old days when there were all kinds of different themes, i miss them.

looks ok - but why the name "vector"?

For some reason all the longhorn visual styles I try, the text in the yellow box always comes out looking blury and pixelated. Can i ask why ?

why is it that my office 2003 icons look like this with Vector?

It seems awful bulky, with a lot of wasted screen space, even on a 21" monitor at 1600x1200, it's too big for me. I'd like a more compact version like this:
