Before INIT kernel displays this strings:

ACPI: PCI Interrupt Link [APCZ] (IRQs 20 21 22) *0, disabled.

PCI: Using ACPI for IRQ routing.

ACPI: PCI Interrupt Link [APCS] enabled at IRQ 23.

I rewrite just 3 of them, but it displays more.
What's happened?
Is it correct?
What I should do?
Is my kernel configured correctly?

I'm using 2.6.9-pepek4 on Gentoo.

This is fine. ACPI takes care of boot-time IRQ-routing. What were you expecting? ACPI does more than power management.
