How do these compare to the Omega drivers?

I tried Omega but they crashed my pc, this one works better and should improve a bit more!

Are these better than DNA Drivers?

I have tried last DNA, TCoptimized driver, Omega and its seem to be equals

Yeah, I wouldnt go shouting that from the roof tops.

If these give you better performance then how are they doing it?

I mean if ATi cant do it, there must be a good reason? your getting higher performance but at what price? maybe its mildly doing something bad to your card which mite make it fail in the long run?
