I have the IMATE SP3 basically the windows smartphone second edition, i can recieve any file via bluetooth but cannot find an option on the phone to send files via bluetoot... can somebody help me here please

Yep, downlpad Smart Explorer and install and you should be able to beam a file using bluetooth
