i am having problems with the main page...still. Since you's upgraded, everytime i go to your main page, only 1 or 2 forum posts show up. I thought it would have been fixed and everything would be working fine now...but now its gotten worse and hasnt been fixed. Is anyone else having this problem? I find it very stupid to have to refresh the page several hundred times to get the forum posts to show correctly.

Usually wait for 15-20 seconds a refresh, seems to work for me

Can a mod or somebody verify what the problem exactly is? What happened in the upgrade?

Yup - has been happening since the upgrade, completely random too which is going to make it hard to track down.
Same here!

It's a known bug, something we're working on.

Can't you just do a SELECT threads ORDER BY lastupdate LIMIT 10 or something? doesn't seem like it should be that hard to do.
The thread list on the frontpage is selected from a plain text file that is generated seperately from the rest of the content, somehow it occurs that the same threads appear in this list more than one time. In the worst case the whole list consits of the same thread, and as result you will see only one thread, as we filter the duplicates out.
Don't come to me for details either, there are people (obviously not me, indeed) working on it.
It happens to me sometimes, although ONE shift+F5 makes it all better.

I don't have this issue...but hopefully it will get fixed for others who have this problem

This shouldn't be a browser issue, just a server issue. The reason it takes so long to show correctly is because the cache file that holds that post data needs to refill.
Of course the problem is: Why is it getting emptied?
If anyone sees this, please IM me the moment you see it so I can get on the server fast to check it out.
