It's not great, but it's okay. My criticism: it looks unfinished. Try working on it a bit more, and try to use the dodge and burn tool, instead of using gradients. That way, you can simulate lighting a lot better.

The clouds and the air look good. Only the sun could use another color, and maybe an outer glow. And the beach could use a little better lighting like I said.
