Yea i got confused as well,
found out though
you need to copy the actual folders into the ./skins directory of where you installed bootskin

As bootscreen bitmaps I think they HAVE to be 640x480
I'd really like to see ntoskrnl.exe versions of these.. or a tutorial on editing them into the executable ;D

crap...double post...
the way to install is, close bootskin down, then extract the rar file and copy the 3 folders into the directory off bookskin skins folder
e.g... C:\Program Files\Stardock\BootSkin\skins
e.g... C:\Program Files\Stardock\BootSkin\skins
